Barn Bird Inventory is a staff-only application used by Barn Bird Kitchen to manage inventory, shopping lists, purchases, and location-based operations.

• Photos taken or uploaded for product reference and proof of purchase
• Barcode data used to identify products
• Operational data needed to keep the service secure and functional

• Authenticate staff accounts
• Show the correct location and role-based views
• Track inventory, stock issues, and purchases
• Store photos attached to catalog items or purchases
• Maintain the security and reliability of the service

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared internally only as needed to operate the app for Barn Bird Kitchen staff and service providers that host the backend and storage.

Data Retention

We retain account and inventory data as needed for business operations and recordkeeping. If an account or data needs to be removed, Barn Bird Kitchen can review and process the request through internal administration.

Barn Bird Inventory is not intended for children.
